Bad Haiku
Horrible poetry for the digital age
27 Years, 136 Days and 76969 Haiku later...

watching over
the pathetic snails
which are trying
to pass for eagles
is the guiltiest pleasure
no one could humiliate them more than that

i don't know if I
care about the rich or poor
just me and myself

and what can I do
about the little things in
my own control here

I don't know if it
really makes a difference
what we say or do

all the words in law
phrases broken over the
backs of the land state

stating the unknown
future of laws passed words writ
by pharisee fold

cross out the old law
bring in the new, where's the grace
when the word is law

and the law is all
ritual in effect to
protect all the few

Oh America
Yet another Ponzi scheme
Don't you ever learn?

Are you just stupid?
Or are you too rich to care
Again and again!
